Supporting Fair Contracts for Poultry Growers

NPJA supports the efforts of the Campaign for Contract Agriculture Reform and RAFI-USA to improve the fairness of contracts for poultry growers. The Fair Contracts for Growers Act (S. 2131), sponsored by Senators Grassley (R-IA) and Feingold (D-WI), ensures that the decision to arbitrate is truly voluntary and that farmers are not coerced into waiving their rights. GET INVOLVED! Read more information on how you can help with this important effort HERE.
